About Ross Milroy: Licensed Real Estate Broker and founder and CEO of Ross Miami
Ross, being a native of Johannesburg in South Africa, initially gained his early education in South Africa. After which, he relocated to Europe, and then to the United States. He has more than 25 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, in sales and marketing, in consulting, and in handling real estate finance.
Ross's track extensive experience includes the provision of advisory and transaction services for private and for institutional clients; financing of current and private debt; the securing of equity; the development of business infrastructure and processes; and in residential and commercial real estate asset management. He has completed more than $500 million worth of transactions.
Ross lived and worked in a variety of major cities in Europe and the United States before relocating to Miami Beach during the ‘90s. He attended HotelConsult in Switzerland where he achieved a BA degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, after which, he progressed to undertaking an MSc in International Real Estate while studying at Florida International University. He gained his Florida Real Estate Broker License in 1999 and has been active as a real estate broker ever since.
Ross, with his wife Julie and their son Keane, reside in Miami Beach. They spend many hours during their leisure time together boating around the Florida Keys and Miami in general.
